In addition to his work as a recording artist and concert performer, Chapin has acted on Broadway, as well as working extensively in films, television and radio. The son of noted jazz drummer and brother of the late singer/songwriter Harry Chapin, Tom grew up in a family that encouraged artistic pursuits. Now as a highly respected contemporary folk artist, Chapin has established a reputation for insightful, heartfelt song craft and effortlessly charismatic live performances. “…one of the great personalities in contemporary folk music.” New York Times

    Create Your Own Earrings at Green Oasis

    Wisconsin Jewelry Artist will teach you how to design and finish earrings. Its an excellent opportunity to express your creativity in a fun and easy class. A variety of beads available to customize. Class will run continuous on the hour beginning at 11 am until last class at 2 pm. Project: 1 hour per set.

    Fused Glass Pendant Class

    Jewelry is a wonderful way of showing the world who you are – and sporting jewelry you’ve made yourself is even better. Watch how creative you can get using different colors of glass fused together into a unique necklace pendant in this class by Ann Manor. During this two-hour class, you will create your own portable work of art, then come back approximately a week later to pick up your fused creation. Ann Manor is an art specialist at the Chippewa Falls School District and has her own art studio. All materials provided along with a complimentary beverage and snacks. Class size is limited to 12 people. Cost $45/person.
